How to cancel your Chemistry AI subscription

Chemistry AI Pro is billed through Apple or Google — not directly by us. You cancel in your phone’s store settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Already canceled? You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. After that, free limits apply again.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Chemistry AI (or the Pro plan name shown there).
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Alternative: open the App Store → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Select Chemistry AI.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

You can also manage subscriptions in a browser (signed in with the same Google account):play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Chemistry AI directly. Request a refund through the store where you subscribed:
